"We chose this hotel because it wasn't in the city (Palma). Though a 30-minute drive from the airport, it was well worth it. The property is beautiful. The rooms are very well designed and the pool was a refreshing welcome. Very peaceful. And it's a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches (highly recommend Mondrago Natural Park). "Staff has been second to non: incredibly nice, attentive,very helpful and in a good mood every single day. They do not try to upsell anything which has been the case in many other resorts. It's a modern and clean hotel. Rooms are clean and have a modern tranquil look. The location itself is very quiet. Only downside would be that a car rental would be needed if you want to see many places across the island as it is not that well connected by public transport. The local bus only runs once an hour. Half board: very good quality food but after a week, the choices at the a la carte dinner get slim."
