The balcony and ocean views were unbelievable! It was amazing to drink coffee and watch the sunrise from this beautiful spot. We even saw whales! The condo was great. Nice big bathroom, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was so comfortable! We had a great time! The swim up bar and mercardo were very convenient as well. Everyone we met was very friendly and accomodating.

Amazing location with great ocean views

We really enjoyed our stay.. accommodations right on the ocean, we seen whales two of the mornings while enjoying our breakfast which was a plus.. Enjoyed happy hour at swim up bar, swimming / snorkeling at beach and restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely look to stay here again in the near future. Cheers Matt & Vanessa

Whale Oasis

We absolutely loved our time at this condo. We started and finished every day on the patio watching whales breach or watching the nearby fireworks shows. We enjoyed the small beach and ate at the condo restaurant at least once per day. Order the shrimp tacos-- you won't be disappointed! We will certainly be back again!

Great Place!

This condo was very private and the community was quiet. There was everything you needed for a stay there so you didn’t have to bring much. The sunrises were amazing! The sunrises were fantastic as well. This unit was perfect for two people and we really enjoyed it.

Beautiful Stay

I stayed for three nights for rest and relaxation after being on an adventure trip with 12 women. It was the perfect place to decompress. The view was spectacular! You could see the water laying in the bed. I would absolutely stay there again. Victor was so incredibly responsive in our communications. He definitely made things with the check in and check out very smooth.. I look forward to my next time there.

Fantastic views great location friendly staff

Came here to celebrate my daughter’s 19th birthday. We enjoyed the location and swimming in the pool. If you walk out a little ways on the beach there are great views of the arch and sunsets can be spectacular. It is located next to a few good restaurants and it’s a quick Uber ride $15 to town if you want to go to beaches and restaurants there. We would stay here again!

Beautiful View with whales!

Incredible sunrises, whales everywhere, very quiet and private. You will have to climb stairs to get to this condo as it is at the top with 2 condos below but worth it to sit on the amazing patio. Kitchen is well stocked. The Fish and Mexican food nights at the pool bar were great food. The condo had beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear which was very convenient. This condo is perfect for 2.

Gorgeous view but could be cleaner

The location and view did not disappoint. We were bummed that the umbrella on the patio was broken. Tried to get a hold of someone on sight listed in the book but never got a response. Some of the linens were dirty and behind bed and couch. We didn’t let it impact our trip. We loved the property and will come back.

Incredible View and Quiet.

We spent the majority of our time on the patio that makes you feel like you are right in the ocean. Beautiful view, and the unit and patio itself, is quite secluded from the rest of the building. The condo has very close access to the beach entrance!

Our second time to this condo and it still didn’t disappoint. Quiet space overflowing the sea with lots of whale activity to keep you amused. Pool bar is one of the better ones and we ate there at least once a day.

Beautiful view, great place to stay

Fantastic location. Located in a quiet little area. Pool bar had good drinks and good food. Loved the small beach that is private to the neighborhood - was never crowded. Condo was nice, a few things could use updating but it had plenty of amenities including beach gear (chairs, umbrella, towels, etc.) Overall wonderful!

Fantastic Spot of paradise!

The location, overlooking the water and the magnificent sunrises was spectacular! This is a very private lanai, with lovely soft afternoon breeze, a perfect place to relax and watch the whales in the distance. The place was very comfortable and accommodating, the kitchen well supplied with everything you need. The bed was comfortable, and it is an easy walk to the beach. It is centrally located with easy access to groceries, restaurants, golf, and Santa Maria Playa, a great snorkeling spot!

Great Oceanside Unit for Whale Watching

We saw so many whales right outside our oceanside unit which was newly updated and the perfect size for two! We watched the sun come up every morning from our 3rd floor patio and stargazed every night falling asleep to sounds of the crashing waves below. This location has several great dining options nearby and the onsite pool bar serves great food and drinks all day.

Amazing ocean views and Privacy

The private balcony with ocean views make this place an unrivaled value in the Cabo area. We absolutely loved the private penthouse balcony. In addition you can wake up to ocean sunrise views from an amazingly comfortable king size bed. The beach is just a short walk from the condo. There are not many restaurants nearby so you will need a car or taxi/bus. The poolside restaurant is not too bad and service is excellent and friendly. Highly recommend Sunset Mona Lisa dinner experience just a short walk from the property. It’s expensive but worth it!

Anniversary Get Away!

Absolutely breathtaking property! All redone and the balcony overlooking the ocean was incredible! Deny met us when we arrived and greeted us with chips and salsa and some Coronas! Any questions I had he communicated via Whatsapp and he always responded promptly! This unit is great for couples a little small for families! The bar and pool was real close to the unit along with the private swimmable beach! We will be looking to stay here again in the future!

Ocean Ocean Ocean

If you love going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean and unobstructed views, you will love it here. Everything is clean and modern, and Deny made the check-in and check-out procedure seamless. The condo is well-maintained and well-equipped, including with beach chairs and the all-important beach umbrella. There is a semi-private beach within feet of your doorstep and the property sits next door to The Cape, Sunset Monalisa, and Jazz on the Rocks. We recommend checking out the recently opened T1me & Coffee for their cold brew. We cannot say enough about how relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable our stay was in this beautiful space.

better than expected

property is secure, clean and quiet, about 10min from downtown but a 5min walk from a semi-private beach that is just fine! biggest gripe is distance from grocery stores/ restaurants (few in walking distance). room is top floor, wonderful ocean view (saw several whales from balcony in late Nov). you'll hear the crash of the ocean all day / all night. room also has full kitchen (no stove, but BBQ grill), comfy bed, filtered water. absolutely would recommend this room in cabo. sunrise views. no sunset. miss it already.

Awesome view

Property is quite old and has some upgrades. Could use a few more definitely. Had some issues the first 3 days but most were resolved by property manager ( A/C issues, neighbor noisy A/C issues. Faulty A//C units.Another nights lost sleep. Broken screen door slamming all night in sudden wind storm. Patio and some old inside furniture needs throwing out. Best pool bar food anywhere though. Overall… 7 out of 10.
