I want to start by saying that Beatris was amazing during our stay. Alway responsive to any problems or needs we had as well as the sales team (Salvador) up front. The condo was clean location was close to downtown, beach and restaurants. Unfortunately, we had some issues at the property, the power went out for 5-10 minutes 5 days out of the 7 we were there, no hot water when we arrived, wi-fi extension does not work in the master bedroom, A/C was out for a few hours our last day and our room would smell of marijuana from the neighbors or the sewer. There is no way you could use the hot tub you are required to fill it which would take about an hour, only allowed 20 minutes in it and then required to clean it. Why on earth would I want to do that when I am on vacation. There we no umbrellas at the pool we asked several grounds workers with no luck finally reached out to Beatris and 2 arrived. Why would there not be umbrellas put out somewhere for people to use it is blazing hot poolside. The view down below the is not great, locals live below with tons of trash, stray cats and music playing all night long. Again, the team there is very responsive with any issue just felt like there were too many issues when I was there to relax and be on vacation.
