The Space:

Casa Sunside is a stunning loft, that has everything you need to feel at ease and comfortable. You will love the open-concept living room with natural sunlight coming in through sliding doors, as well as the indoor terrace for dining or relaxing. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances like oven, dishwasher, and electric stovetop that are perfect for cooking up your favorite dishes!



This spacious, modern, and well-equipped loft features:

First Level:

- Guest bedroom with a full-size bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom.

Upper level

- Master bedroom with a King-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and Smart TV.

- 3rd bedroom with two full bed,s which perfectly accommodate up to 4 people, Smart TV, and also with an ensuite bathroom.



Casa Sunside has everything you need for a relaxing stay. There are linens, towels, toiletries in case you forget anything important back at your house; trash bags to make sure nothing is left behind but memories when it's time to head out again and an iron/board if clothes get wrinkly before heading off into town--and there's even a washer/dryer inside incase things go too far south while exploring Cabo San Lucas' attractions!

Please note that Puerto Paraíso is carrying out light renovations on the second level. Work will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and there might be occasional quiet cleaning or debris removal at night. They are making every effort to minimize any disturbance



January 28th 2026 - The dryer is temporarily out of service while we wait for a replacement part. We appreciate your understanding and are working to have it fully operational as soon as possible.

Getting Around:

Paraiso Residences is on the upper level of Puerto Paraiso Mall, so you will be steps away from Cabo San Lucas Marina. It's a place where everything happens and within walking distance of restaurants, clubs, strip mall shopping area!



Medano Beach is within walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away. Getting around the town: - Uber service is very convenient, with the exception of the Airport and Resorts where it isn't allowed.

- Private transportation is available for purchase. Send us your flight information if you would like us to help you book it!



Other Things to Note:

****** December 2025 - Please note that Puerto Paraíso is carrying out renovations on the second level. Construction work such as removal, demolition, and masonry will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Additionally, some cleaning and debris hauling may occur at night, with the team taking care to avoid noise that could be disturbing.

Please be advised that we may contact you during your stay to ask your permission to provide access to a potential buyer; you may deny permission. In case the property is sold before your stay, we will offer an equivalent property in the same building with the same amenities and value.



We kindly remind you that pets are NOT allowed on this property. If you are planning to travel with your pet or service dog, please let us know, and we will be happy to find a place for you. Last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.

LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD: Being located just in downtown, a few steps from Cabo's nightlife, so it might be noisy if you are very sensitive.



If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance to advise security.



Please don't forget to leave your Condo keys when you leave. Lost keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD



In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.

Love Cabo

We were greeted with smiling faces and had a personal tour of all the amenities. Very clean and very safe. Great location. Within walking distance or short taxi to just about everything. The beach is just up and over the hill. Marina area can’t be beat.Would definitely stay here on our return to Cabo.
