"Desert Boutique Condo" Ground Floor Unit in the heart of Downtown CSL

BEAUTIFUL 2 bedroom/1 bathroom NEW BOUTIQUE Condo, ground floor unit (NO STAIRS!) with outside desert garden. Vento Coromuel is a nice, very SAFE community located in the heart of downtown Cabo San Lucas. It is located literally within just 10 minutes walking distance to the Medano beach (a beautiful iconic SWIMMABLE beach in Cabo with lots of good restaurants and FUN activities). Also, it is very close to the Marina, where most of the night clubs and bars are located, such as: the Squid Roe, Nowhere, La Vaquita, Sr. Frogs and more... Just walk straight for about 10 minutes to the right hand-side from the main entrance at the gate. Walmart is literally 3 minutes away driving from the unit. And, there's also City Club and Chedraui Select and other Super Markets within the same range from here. This rental also includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella with a portable cooler, so you can walk down to the beach and relax during your stay.
