"Very good food and SPA."

"My wife and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul-Florya for five nights starting on August 30th, and unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. From the moment we checked in, things started poorly when the staff refused our request for an upper-floor room and wouldn't credit our IHG account the points for the stay because we made our reservation through Expedia. The room we were assigned was damp and smelled musty, like a wet basement. To make matters worse, the AC broke down twice...

An excellent view overlooking the sea, comfort in superb furnishled room with amenities, beautiful SPA with all facilities you can imagine, breakfast was faboulous, food in the Bar as well as Marama Batik restaurant are rated as five star. The location is perfect for our business connection as well as a pleasure to walk by the beach. This is one of the best horel we have ever stayed."
