"Staff were extremely friendly, and my dinner the evening I arrived was delicious. I don't eat breakfast but the coffee was good. The setting of this place is just beautiful, I was sad to only be staying the one night. "

Ancient and very temperamental lift meant that most users did not understand its quirks, and so it was often left on the wrong floor. This would cause problems for those having difficulty with stairs. Also modern bathroom had inadequate grab handles in the shower."
"A lovely, clean, bright room. Easy access with no human contact. Straight forward and like clockwork. Shops nearby with excellent night life (noisy…. but travellers are informed about this before booking). Cosy and comfortable with good provisions for travellers."
