The 2 bedrooms upstairs have queen sized beds. The bedroom downstairs has bunk beds, with queen mattresses on the bottom-can sleep up to 6 in this room. Up to 12 people on each side of the duplex. This listing is for leasing one side of the duplex.

House was clean and just what we needed. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for us all. The only thing I would suggest is to add a small fan for the downstairs bedroom. It had plenty of bed space but gets a little stuffy with no air moving around. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

His property was perfect for our group, the kids got downstairs and the moms got upstairs. Plenty of room, very clean and well stocked - only complaint would be the road noise. We were rarely there, but did cook when there. All appliances work, and communication with the owner was great.

Family Ark Encounter Getaway
Property was very clean. We had 6 kids and 5 adults with plenty of room. I would only say watch the gravel path down to the river. The rocks shift easily and can make for a slippery hike.
