Family vacation in top location! The high-quality furnished vacation home is located directly at the pretty cutter harbor of Fedderwardersiel. The small fishing village is in the immediate vicinity of Burhave. Even today, traditional cutters sail from here to catch crabs out on the North Sea. When they return to the harbor after a successful catch, you can buy the fresh crabs directly from the cutter. Regularly there are trips with the MS "WEGA II" from Fedderwardersiel to one of the biggest seal banks on the coast. The life of the seals is observed from the ship - a great experience for big and small guests. Another amenity is the availability of a wallbox for electric cars at the vacation home. However, please note that you will need to bring your own charging cable with you Activities in the area: when the weather is nice, a trip to the North Sea lagoon in Burhave is a great option. But even at lower temperatures there are many options for leisure activities: explore the numerous cycling and walking trails or visit the popular play barn in Burhave with your little ones.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Dit vakantiehuis is werkelijk sfeervol. Direct aan de vissershaven, super relaxed en pittoresk. Zeehonden op boottocht? Ja graag! En ook verse krabben van vissers? Grote overwinning, perfecte plek voor gezinnen, veel ruimte en een gezellige sfeer, ik kan niet wachten om het op mijn profiel te laten zien

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage! Die Umgebung war ruhig, sodass wir uns vollständig entspannen konnten, Das Haus war sauber und liebevoll dekoriert, Wir genossen unsere Ausflüge nach Bremerhaven und besuchten sogar das Aquarium, das bei den Kindern ein Hit war, Der einzige Nachteil war das Fehlen einiger grundlegender Küchenutensilien, aber wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht, Würden auf jeden Fall in Betracht ziehen, zurückzukehren!

Vi havde en fantastisk tid på Ferienhaus i Fedderwardersiel! Beliggenheden lige ved cutter havnen var perfekt for vores familie, Vi elskede at se de traditionelle fiskerbåde komme ind og købte endda nogle friske krabber direkte fra fiskerne, Selve huset var smukt indrettet og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for til et komfortabelt ophold, Børnene nød den nærliggende legeplads, og vi satte pris på gangstierne i området, Anbefales varmt!

Haben bis jetzt sehr schönen Urlaubstage verbracht Das Haus hat gehalten was es im Katalog versprochen hat. der Service vor Ort durch die Agentur Schröder ist vom feinsten, kleinigkeiten werden gleich behoben das Haus liegt wunderschön hinterm Deich. da wir gerne wandern ist es hier optimal, es sind schöne Wanderwege angelegt.

Der Ort ist ursprünglich erhalten geblieben mit einigen alten Häusern und dem Hafen. Ein Dorado für Spaziergänger, Walker und Radfahrer.

Wir waren vom 12.08.2023 bis zum 26.08.2023 in Feddarwardersiel im Krabbenfischerhaus. Das Haus ist mit alles Dingen die man für den Urlaub benötigt gut ausgestattet. Vermisst haben wir tatsächlichen einen Grill (den konnten wir nicht finden). Das Haus liegt direkt hinter dem Deich am Hafen von Feddarwardersiel, von dem man auch Rundfahrten mit einem Schiff machen kann. Zum Baden ist das Wattenmehr allerdings nicht wirklich geeignet. Dafür gibt es aber eine Art Schwimmbad (mit dem Auto max. 5min) - die Lagune, die für Groß und Klein geeingnet ist. Am Hafen gibt es ein Art Tante-Emma-Laden, in dem man frische Brötchen bekommt. Man kann diese sogar per WhatsApp bestellen. Nach Bremerhaven kommt man über den Fähranleger Blexen (ca. 10min Überfahrt / nach Blexen ca. 15-20min mit dem Auto). Leider gibt es auch etwas zu bemänglen: der Keller ist feuch (teils nass), was man dann teils auch im Haus riecht - ist ja ein altes Haus, dass mal von Krabbenfischern genutzt wurde.

Da Ferienhaus hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Nicht nur die Lage ist top auch die Ausstattung. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Insgesamt ein schönes Haus, Buchung und Kommunikation lief auch problemlos. Umgebung sehr schön, Strandbad, Wanderwege, Aktivitäten für Kinder vorhanden. Fischimbiss in unmittelbarer Nähe. Leider hat das Haus aber einen Keller der nass ist und stinkt. Das riecht man teilweise auch in der oberen Etage. Das Haus war oberflächlich sauber, draußen an den Fenstern überall Spinnweben, der Abfluss der Dusche im oberen Bad lief nicht ab, auch innen Wollmäuse in den Ecken. Das Putzteam sollte mal vom Hausverwalter kontrolliert werden. Ansonsten hatten wir eine schöne Woche in Fedderwardersiel und kommen auch nochmal wieder.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Hafen. Mit den zwei Badezimmern war es optimal für zwei Paare. Die Heizung läuft über den Stromanschluss, so dass man sich auf einiges an Nebenkosten vorbereiten muss. Ansonsten hat das Haus aber alles, was man für eine erholsame Zeit braucht.

Das Haus gefällt uns ausnehmend gut, die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Allerdings ist die Heizung für uns hin und wieder ein Problem, da sie sich nicht wirklich regulieren lässt und wir mehr Heizkosten hatten als üblich.

Insgesamt ist das Haus mit dem dazu gehörenden Garten wirkliche schön. Allerdings sollte der Keller renoviert werden, es ist unangenehm, dort die Waschmaschine zu bedienen. Auch sind die Heizkosten zu hoch.

Wir heben bereits zweimal das Ferienhaus gemietet. Neben einigen Mängeln, wie die Reinigung der beauftragten Firma, und bereits im Juni angegebenen Reparaturarbeiten waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt in dem FH sehr zufrieden. Die kleinen Mängel haben wir der Agentur Schröder einschl. der Fotodokumentation mitgeteilt. Das Haus kann man jederzeitm weiterempfehlen.
