"I saw a lot of negative reviews and was pleasantly surprised at how erroneous they were. Everything was clean and orderly. The desk clerk was polite, albeit a little deficient in English and clearly overworked. The cleaning staff was top-notch. The bed was clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows. "Keys did not work. Got locked out. Took over an hour to get unprofessional staff to help get into room. Staff swearing during conversations about hotel staff not responding. Rooms lack general maintenance. Left to another hotel. No policies and procedures exist when keys don’t work. Staff stated batteries in door lock needed to be changed. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"The place is beautiful and cozy. Unfortunately we had rainy weather but definitely will stay here again. Had use of the hot tub. Wasnt able to gwt out on the lake...definitely next tome! Jon and Sergio and kids are wonderful hosts!"
