I called ahead to ask about the pool and hot tub it's the main reason we were staying there I was told the pool was warm enough. It was ice cold and filthy icky green stuff all over the sides of the pool I was soo disappointed. The hot tub wasn't warm when we got there but it did get better later. The staff was excellent no complaints about them. The room was nice and the bed was great

Basic overnight accommodation, but nothing special. Front desk were indifferent, but the lady who cleans the breakfast room was fun. Breakfast is only served until 9am, which seems too early an end time for travelers. We almost missed it before rushing down to fill a couple of plates before they shut it down.

Staff were very hard working and extremely friendly and kind. Hotel has not been maintained (old stained furniture, damaged window curtains, not pleasant scent), Wyndham needs to invest in new furniture and renovate the entire hotel. There is an amazing swimming pool and a hot tub, but the ceiling in the area is rusty and it looks not clean due to chipped paint. I was very disappointed, will not come back and do recommend this hotel. Staff working there deserve a better environment. Thank you

The pool and the buffet dining area were good. It was nice to have a workout gym there, although I did not use it. The room was as expected. While the overall stay was good, there were a few minor facility issues that hopefully will be addressed by management.

Staff was courteous. Layout seems quite outdated. Bed was good, washroom was renovated but there was rust in the edges of the tub, and there was no soap (there was a used soap bar hanging there). I assume that this new policy of "request if you want house keeping" is becoming a justification to reduced staff and less quality in the service. Breakfast was ok. Surprisingly eggs and bacon in a 2 start is to be noted.

To start upon arriving there were 3 staff members, only one was helping the multiple people waiting to check in. The room was ok nothing to write home about but it fulfilled its purpose. The pool and hot tub were ok at best. The pool area NEVER had towels available and when asking staff for them they always said that they were “being washed” so had to walk to our room dripping wet. The breakfast was sub par. Boil in bag eggs and microwave bacon with some juice for drinks. After the first breakfast we opted to go down the street for breakfast. All in all it was OK it was centrally located to the thing in the area we wanted to do.
