"The property was lovely, very private and clean with lots of unexpected bonuses such as a television with Netflix, food in the fridge, games, books, and shampoo and conditioner to use. The host was exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, giving us recommendations for local sightseeing. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Waikato region!!"

"Overall good. Have discussed with property Manager (Frank), who was very attentive. Needs additional sofa chair (only one 2 seater for 6 guests staying), and dining chairs (only 4), mattresses are very hard (need mattress toppers or different mattresses), unable to close door to bedriin with single beds because base covered the door partly. No potato peeler or oven dishes or roasting dish. No additional towels/sheets and only one heavy duvet as an extra. Clean and well presented otherwise -...
