The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, for the price I would expect breakfast to be more than a bowl cereal and some toast with butter or jam. I’ve stayed at hotels/resorts payed way less and the breakfast was much better. Overall 9/10.

Room was clean enough. Shampoo conditioner & body wash supplied. Use of chargers if needed Not a great but was sufficient Breakfast was bread, sachets of butter & strawberry jam. Coffee machine ok but no tea. Cheese slices for I’m not sure what. Corn flakes & choc cereal with milk. Packet noodles. Overall just passable. Unstaffed till about 10am & cheakin not til 6pm a bit annoying.

This place was absolutely wonderful. The staff was super nice, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the little bath spa in the room was as great the kids had a blast. They have ramen and cereal with milk 24/7 if you want a snack and is free. There’s also a 7eleven next to the place. Is well centet d lots of retaurants and even though is on a busy well known street it is quiet. We absolutely love this and it is now our favorite place to stay in Seoul. We are looking forward for lot more stays

Very new hotel & spa, quite and nice area , friendly front desk staffs , both of them can speaker English. Walking distance to very famous Onion Cafe and aslo near Hanok Village. 7-11 near by this hotel. But the hotel room too small to open our big luggages…..

Room - Stayed one night for biz in the standard room. A bit small, lacking in storage space (as mentioned by other travelers) but clean, and cozy. Bathroom/shower room was quite spacious, though. Loved their neck support pillow and crisp bed linen. Really slept well. (I ended up buying the same pillow!) // Area - Lots of good eateries and small unique bars nearby in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff - super friendly, good communication. Will definitely revisit.

Quiet at night. Felt very safe walking around alone. Lots of tourists during the day for Bukchon village and Changdeokgung palace so plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. 5 mins walk from Anguk metro station. In fact I got all the way there on public transport from Incheon Airport. Staff were lovely especially Teresa who has excellent English. The room was very clean, tidy and well maintained. It is very small though. As I am a single traveller that was ok but no wardrobe or storage space really. Kettle, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower soap all provided. Breakfast was very basic - toast, cereal, noodles, coffee. It was also a bit tricky to find as it is tucked away behind the shops on the main street.

When we first arrived, we noticed a blood stain on the fitted sheet. We let the staff know and the young lady with the glasses was very apologetic and and helped us change rooms. We then paid extra for a bigger room. That night my husband showered in the bathroom and he said the water was not draining while he showered. The sink also filled up with water and did not go down well when we washed our hands. When we were out the next day we tried calling the hotel many times but did not get an answer. When we finally got a hold of someone, they said they would take a look. When we got back we went to the front desk and let them know we called about the draining issue. He said it had been taken care of. When we were in our room I had curling sounds from the drain for the next couple of hours. We ended up staying two nights at this hotel when we booked for seven days and went to a different hotel, which we had to pay extra for. We did not feel comfortable. FYI- my husband and I got only one room key. When we asked for two, the man said no it’s our policy to give only one. We asked if we could buy a second he also said no. My husband and I had to do a lot of coordinating because of this.

The room was exactly as it was pictured! The bed was comfortable and the TV was enormous! The remotes had a hard time working, however since it was a Google TV I downloaded the google app to use the remote on my phone and that worked. The AC worked really well! The bathroom was very clean, the shower shoes were helpful. I loved that they provided a hair dryer, I used it a lot and it worked well, there wasn't a diffuser for it but it still worked well for drying my curly hair. I would stay here again!

Hotel was well located. Close to the palace and hanbok rental places. Tourist attractions, shops, subway within walking distance. Staff helpful. Check in was 6pm which was the only thing we didn’t like. Breakfast was was basic good coffee. Laundry facilities, Comfortable bed. Hotel also named aank incase taxi can’t find it. Loved our stay would recommend it.

The hotel was well located and it was clean. The location was close to some of the main tourist sites and conveniently located to public transportation. The gym was a real positive for me and I am a gym person so it was important for me and probably the best gym I’ve been too. It had a nice set of weight equipment.
