The track for the shower door was stuck I had to get a way in and out. Too many people loitering in the lobby just chilling like its the hang out spot. Didn't like that. Not enough parking or designated handicapped or street parking"

"They offer early check in online for $40 however when I called to request one I was told that I would have to wait till I arrived at the hotel to see if it was available. Naturally we arrived at 2 and were told the room wasn’t ready which, fine. We wait around till 3 to check in and when we get to our room it hasn’t been cleaned. Towels all over the bathroom. We spoke to the front desk manager who was as understanding as he could be. After around 20 more minutes we got a different room this one was clean, however. "Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The pastries were stale. There was little variety, and to choose from elevators are too dark and need to be brightened up. I can hardly read the number buttons because it is so dark in the elevators. Also, it would help to get rid of the fake plants in the rooms"
