"We very much enjoyed our short stay. The mansion was lovely, our room was comfortable and the staff were wonderful. The evening cocktail and made to order breakfast was a nice treat. Wish we could stay longer. "

"This hotel was a beautiful old building with unique architecture and comfortable, high-ceiling rooms. It was in a great location, allowing for easy walking to the arena, waterfront, and free tram. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a large population of homeless in the area that can make one feel unsafe, especially at night. It is not the fault of the hotel just an unfortunate reality of the times."

"Property definitely in the heart of Buffalo. Able to walk all over although in some areas we felt uncomfortable due to the homeless situation. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff accomodating and very nice. Not a lot of shopping close by and we found some of the restaurants closed. Our stay was fine altogether."
