A Gem in Tonawanda

We we're here for our daughter graduation from UB, and this house was perfectly located. Also every single detail that you could imagine was taken care off. Clean and impecable place charming in close proximity to downtown Tonawanda an the majestic Niagara River, quiet neighborhood. If you're looking for a genuine WNY experience this is an excellent place.downtown

Easy check-in, easy check-out, good communciation in between.

It's a cute place that must’ve been remodeled recently, and everything is clean! We did hear road noise at night, but we live on a dirt road in the middle of nowhere, so please take that into context. Other than that, it was great - Thank you!

Very nice

Every thing was nice except for the only bathroom was up stairs. I knew this when I rented it but the stairs were steep and slick. I recommend runners on the stairs.

Beautiful Home in a Perfect Location – Thoughtful & Family-Friendly!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated home! It had all the necessities, was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal, close to all the activities and dining options we wanted to experience during our trip.The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in, which made a big difference for our family. We traveled with two young children, and the guest room was perfect for them. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a small stool available to help them reach higher spots.Overall, this is an amazing property, and we highly recommend it. We would absolutely stay here again!
