"The property was old, worn and not well maintained. My air conditioning went out in the middle of the night my first night. I roughed it and let the front desk know the problem the next morning. They said they would get it fixed that day. I came back that evening and they said it was fixed. It wasn’t. I said I wanted a new room when I got back from dinner. I got back from dinner and it was such a cluster to get another room. They were confused on which room I was to be in. They next morning they issued new keys to me and a fellow worker staying there because they had moved him in the computer to the room I was staying in and showed me in my old room. It was just very frustrating, disorganized and a terrible experience. When I checked out they offered no refund or discount. Marriott should be embarrassed to have their franchise on this facility."

"Upon entering the room, it felt like a sauna as the heat was set on 90°. We stayed four nights and never received fresh towels. We finally had to ask for some and was told that housekeeping cleans on the third day which never happened.The trash was never taken out. On our last night somebody with dogs stayed next to us that kept barking throughout the night. I would recommend you find somewhere else to stay."

"Our power went out in your house, so I took my family and tried to find somewhere more safe and clean to stay upon arrival and settling down with folded back. The length is going to discover that there are a lot of bedbugs big huge red ones bigger than ants."

"The rooms and the beds were very comfortable. As a coffee drinker, I would have liked to have had 24-hour coffee like the property at the airport does. The hotel was great, the rate was good and it was perfect location for a girls trip and visiting red rocks."
