Did not use the breakfast or amenities but the room had everything I needed. The kitchen was nice and enough room to share a meal with family during my visit. Dog friendly which was great. Close to everything you need.

I absolutely love this hotel, location and the staff I have gotten to know over the last 3 years! As long as I have a choice, I will always return in the summer for a quiet location but within miles of hustle and bustle and red rocks! Honestly their staff just can’t be beat! The staff were amazing - never snarky or rude, just always willing to be helpful and accommodating! We stayed for two weeks in a 2bedroom suite. They provided housekeeping when we requested it, and the weekday breakfast attendant was wonderful! She always restocked everything quickly and had a great variety/level of quality. The front desk were always happy to lend a hand. We used the pool, laundry, fitness room and BBQ areas and all worked well. Whenever there was an issue or something we needed, we just asked and they immediately just were so helpful. Can't complain. Good area, too!

Well, we were very surprised that the pool was not open during our visit. And it was actually smaller than the picture perceived it to be. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. It was very simple and not very good. Probably won’t stay here again sorry.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, loved the closet space. Our 2 bedroom/1 bath suite was perfect for us to stay for 4 nights. Breakfast was typical continental. The only problems we had was that all 3 TV’s had lines and we could not watch them, and our AC would not cool any lower than 75, even though it was set on 70.

- It would have been nice to have instructions about how to operate the TV using the two remotes. I don't understand your room cleaning process. The card in the room says if you need fresh towels, just put them somewhere and they'll be replaced. Mine sat for 3 days before they were picked up. I'm not mad about it, I just thought it was odd. - Breakfast was consistently decent. I love not having to go out and get something myself. - Staff was very helpful.
