Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, four stools, electric hob with integrated extractor, oven, fridge freezer, wine fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher.
Utility room with washer/dryer.
WiFi.
Nilian Indoor Climate System.
Cot and high chair available on request.

Sleeping:
Master bedroom with super king zip and link bed (can be made into two singles), wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables.
Ensuite with bath / rainfall shower, mirror, heated towel rail, basin and WC.
Second bedroom with super king zip and link bed (can be made into two singles), wardrobe, dresser, chest of drawers and two bedside tables.

Hot hot hot!
This apartment was in a good location, not far from the beach . No real views but you can hear the sea! Small balcony was the only ‘air’ or access to air. No other windows opened, so it felt very much like a hotel room/suite. No ventilation to bedrooms/bathrooms… Manager responded quickly when we found ourselves in suffocating heat - 25degrees! And couldn’t adjust the heating at all 😩 Sorted out by a plumber after a couple of days. Comfortable beds. And smart bathrooms. Good kitchen but we wondered about some things: 3 mugs and 6 egg cups 😂. Great washing machine/dryer which would be important for swimmers!! Swimming pool was a great addition. We love Bude and visit often - not sure I would return to this apartment, mostly due to ‘air’ and ventilation issues. Otherwise it’s great!
