"This hotel is within walking distance of the sports arena, and I was attending a concert there. It was reassuring to know that I could exit the concert around 11:30 and not worry about transportation. The one thing that I objected to was that someone in housekeeping had turned off the air conditioning while I was out. I came back to a hot room. I discussed the situation at the front desk, and it didn't happen again."
