"We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. Check in was at the hotel round the corner and was so slow it took probably 20 mins. The bath was designed so that having a shower floods the room as the bath tub was not flush against the wall. There were light switches that don't work. The aircon vent was dripping onto the floor by the front door and the stain...

"The location was centrally located in Budapest, walking distance to the main attractions. The apartment was spacious a very comfortable. Quiet apartment building, with apartment on second floor (walk-up only). We enjoyed our stay here."

"The room was massive. Plenty of room to lounge, sleep and eat. Hslost was excellent. Had last minite changw to the accommodation, but location was probably better than we originally booked. Thomas, thw howst was excellent. Good communication and clear instructions. Wouls highly recommend "
