"We always stay at this hotel since 2022, however this time the experience was not great and we will not be staying there again. The staff does not know what is included and not in the fees, the room was alright, but shower had hairs on floor and the toilet was dirty. The nice part is that hotel provides bowl for food and drink for the pet and also treats and food. In general, the experience this time was 50/50"
