"Myself and a college stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. As soon as we checked in we realised we had not been provided with any towels We requested towels each day, several times a day. Dispite our efforts for the full 3 days no towels were provided. I have been working here in Budapest for 6 months now and never have I experienced such poor service in all my time here."
