I have never encountered a team so warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel special. Pebe was incredible—so kind, welcoming, and always one step ahead in anticipating needs. Mahender was equally exceptional, bringing professionalism and a personal touch that made every interaction memorable. And the spa staff—wow. Every single person there contributed to an atmosphere of calm, care, and total relaxation. It was easily one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. This wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience I’ll be thinking about for a long time. If you’re looking for a place where every detail is perfect and every person makes you feel valued, this is it. "I enjoyed my stay at Hoshi Jungle Resort. The staff was polite and felt safe staying there as a solo traveler. I originally was supposed to travel with a group of individuals but flights got canceled or changed. So I ended uo spending my birthday alone and the staff were sweet enough to sing happy birthday to me and give me a free dessert. My private pool over looked a beautiful view and the main pool was gorgeous as well. My room was also maintained nicely. The app I downloaded for transportation was not working, however staff was able to assist me with rides to places I wanted to visit. If I were to return to Bali I would stay at this resort again. "

"The room has the perfect view of the animals, and you get to feed them with the food provided by the hotel. Imagine swimming next to Rhinos! The safari itself was a jewel, did not have enough time to explore the whole resort but I was able to see the elephant and tiger show, and I also did the night feeding, definitely a tremendous experience. "Staff were extremely kind and welcoming. We were truly pampered. Top notch. The lodge and grounds were more than we could have hoped for! Our park view room had a superb view! We could hear the elephants exhaling deeply as they were waking up in the morning as if we were having a sleep over! My son loved every moment and didn’t want to leave. Can’t say enough good things. Do not miss this. Best experience on the island in 4 weeks of travel over 2 trips. I would liken the staff service here to staying at Aman resorts - truly pampered."
