Welcome to your luxurious vacation rental in Buckley Bay, on Vancouver Island in beautiful British Columbia! This exquisite 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property is a coastal paradise. Situated right on the oceanfront, you'll be greeted by breathtaking ocean views every morning.

The location is ideal for exploring the wonders of Vancouver Island. The property is close to Courtenay, Comox, Cumberland and Mount Washington. Also, the sandy beaches of Parksville are just south, and the ferry to Denman and Hornby Islands is just 1km down the road. The large grassy yard is perfect for kids to run and play, and you can keep an eye on them while enjoying the ocean view.

For water enthusiasts, you can swim, kayak or paddleboard straight from the beach, immersing yourself in the serene waters of the bay. And when it's time to savor a delicious meal, fire up the BBQ for some outdoor grilling.

As the sun sets, gather around your private firepit to toast marshmallows and share stories under the starry sky. And don't forget to indulge in the freshest oysters, plucked right from the beach. This vacation rental in Buckley Bay offers an unforgettable blend of luxury, nature, and adventure.

We live next door to the Beach House - the 2 houses are on an acre of property, but private to each other. Built at the same time, careful consideration was made so each house took full advantage of the wonderful views without imposing on the other house’s privacy. We hope you have a wonderful stay! Off the beaten path a bit, easy access to Highway. love it! Very quiet and safe. Great fish shop and ferry to Denman hornby island close by. Good Communication. View is gorgeous! Will come back in the warmer months!

Nice property with easy access. Character of the home was great and great view of the ocean.

Great spot. The only thing I would suggest is a bit brighter signage for the address. It was a nice and relaxing home to stay in.

Summer Vacation on Vancouver Island

My family had a great time at the Beach House. We explored the Trent River looking for fossils and swam in the shallow pools, swam and paddle boarded in the Comox Lake Dam, and mountain biked in Cumberland. There isn't a lack of activities to do in this area. We also relaxed on the deck overlooking the view of the water and Denman Island. We took a day trip to Hornby Island and went to Tribune Bay to laze on the beach and take a dip in the ocean. I would definitely recommend this home to others. Make sure to bring ear plugs for the upstairs bedroom as it is next to a road with loud vehicles, but this is minimal compared to everything else that is wonderful about our stay!

Very Relaxing Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Buckley Bay! We had our toddler in tow and the playpen/baby gate available were greatly appreciated. Lots of grass for our little one to run around and we loved exploring the beach out front. The house has everything you could need to feel at home (the beds were especially comfortable). We can’t wait to return and will be recommending it to our friends and family!

John and Sue are amazing owners who ensure your stay meets and exceeds your expectations. They are accessible for any questions you may have, but also give you the privacy to enjoy their property and all it has to offer. Our party of six loved our early morning paddle sessions and the ease of using a wonderful trail that lead from the property into the open ocean.

Vancouver Island Getaway

We loved the view of the water, Denman Island and the ferries crossing. The house provided separate sleeping areas for our adult son and a large open kitchen, dining and living area to enjoy together. The weather was cool and rainy so we were not able to take advantage of the outdoor area.

Awesome Vacation Property

Accurate Listing, Very clean well maintained, Owners were very friendly. The house was perfect and Kitchen, bedrooms and ammenities were excellent. The beach was full of Oysters and rocks and was leased by an Oyster company who were very friendly and educated us on how it worked. I thought we were getting a sandy beach at low tide but no luck and was hard on your feet climbing through rocks to get to water. My family still had a great time and we would suggest this place to friends.
