"Our room was spacious and very comfortable and the bathroom was a great size. It could be improved however if the shower had a screen door on it as the water went everywhere in the bathroom. The restaurant offered a good range of menu items but we found that the service was slow as it took nearly 45 minutes to receive our food for dinner. Airport shuttle service was great."

"From my very first moment stepping into the hotel I did not feel welcome I was not greeted with a smile even though I asked for one the receptionist just stared at me in the face. They were not able to organise an early check-in due to poor planning and poor communication. I was told I’m not allowed to wear my slippers in the communal area in the hotel I was only allowed in to wear them in my bedroom and 100% not allowed whilst eating breakfast. Specific members of staff are great at their job and very welcoming but the majority of staff seem like they’re they’re just to pick up a check. I watch them during breakfast time the staff helping themselves to food sat around on the sofas in the foyer with their legs up feet on the sofa just very unprofessional. "
