"The place is well maintained. The breakfast was good. Water is hot. Air-conditioning was functioning well. The staff is well mannered and helpful. The location is excellent just a few metres from the Eastgate Shopping Mall."

"Amazing service and the breakfast is the best part of the stay."

"Perfect for a quick break between flights or short stopover. Extremely helpful Host who did all airport transfers seamlessly and safely. Lovely big room and large en suite - spotlessly clean. Fantastic breakfast choices and nice swimming pool. 8 mins from airport. The Host will ensure your safety and security. Thoroughly recommend"

"Fick inte nagon frukost. Wifi gick inte använda. Fuktigt och mögel lukt. "

"From the time we took the shuttle to the airport and the check in was excellent. Breakfast was great and the staff are very attentive. Would definitely stay here again."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service and bar excellent! Great experience :)"

"Absolutely loved my stay here. I visited South Africa for a conference, which was held at Birchwood. The team are incredibly friendly and helpful. I would go as far as to say it was some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced at a hotel in years. The complex is peaceful and beautiful, and the rooms are large. The restaurant is great, food was fantastic, and the support we received for the conference was exceptional. I’d definitely stay at Birchwood again if u return to South Africa"
