Pleasant hotel but bathroom style and finishes were a little dated (shower leaked onto bathroom floor). Not sure if it really deserves it’s number 1 rating though there was nothing wrong and it was a reasonable price.

Great sized rooms and really appreciated the room upgrade. The room was a bit dark and the shower seemed to leak but other than that it was really good.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Thon Hotel! Front desk was very helpful and rooms are quite spacious. The hotel is located in a type of "design district" with walkable access to all the luxury stores but also quite close to La Grande Place square (20-25 minute walk). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great desk staff. Room featured a large furnished private terrace with fabulous views. Extraordinary. Really small elevators.

Check in said 2pm but room wasn’t ready until 5pm. Bag was lost in the bag drop but was eventually found. The bag was moved to a different room. There was no bin in the main room either only a bin in the bathroom. Apart from that bed was very comfy and spacious room. And good location

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was lovely. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable.The location of the hotel is also good. While we were in Brussels, we took a local train to Braine L'Alleud station to visit Waterloo battlefield/Lion's Mound. The museum was excellent and climbing 225 steps was worth the trouble. I will recommend the hotel.

My flight got in much earlier than the check-in time but they were able to find me an upgraded room within 15 minutes. Location is 5 minute walk from the metro and tram. Rooms were clean and quiet, staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had an overnight in Brussels after a river cruise and stayed at this hotel. Everyone was courteous & helpful, nice big rooms, clean & centrally located to shopping & dining. Also a great bar & restaurant on site. I highly recommend.

We arrived on a day where the systems were being upgraded, and a few issues with our room, but the staff worked their hardest to sort it out. Pros: - The staff were excellent. Some might be a little inexperienced and had to go up the chain, but the willingness to help was definitely there, especially on a day when systems were being upgraded and everyone was stressed. - Location was decent. 5 mins walk to the metro, walkable to the old town as well as food and shops. Quiet in the evenings. Cons: - The hotel room was stifling HOT as air conditioning wasn't on yet this time of year. With the huge windows, the temperature was like a sauna at times. Might be better in later part of year when aircon is turned on. - The initial room we were put in was a little weird. There was ciggerette smells in the room, the kettle had soap in it. - Room condition was a little dated. Shower kept leaking water out into the main area.

Property is ok. Abit dated . No house keeping service after 7pm, unable to get towels. Had an issue with malfunctioning light causing irritating noise. I’m sure it was fixed after check out . Other than that. Property is great, breakfast is great, affordable and conveniently located

This hotel is excellent in every way. Specially the customer service, they go far and beyond to make you feel good. I recommend this hotel to everyone. We stayed with our 2 kids and they said the hotel was the highlight of our trip. The rooms and bathrooms are big not was you would get in Europe and very comfortable.

From arriving to leaving we had an enjoyable stay. On arrival we received a friendly welcome. Everything was well explained and we were told of a couple of events happening locally. We were upgraded to a superior room which was very large with an equally large bathroom. The room was clean and well kept although it would have been good to have a plug in the sinks! Room service was fast and hot! All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. With check out been efficient and quick. We will definitely be back

Great stay. Staff that assisted me were very friendly. Room was as pictures online. Hotel is short distance from many restaurants, stores, and bars. I would stay here again for sure.

Amazing stay - highly highly reccomend
Everything we could have wanted. Couples trip age 25-30, huge room, the comfiest bed and pillows we have ever stayed in!! Nice powerful shower, great turn down service every day. Reception staff were a pleasure. We thought the location itself was great, it’s about a 35 minute walk from Wolf and Delierum where we frequented every night but when walking home in the freezing cold, chatting and laughing, it felt like nothing. Highly reccomend

Deep in the heart of Brussels
This hotel is in a great location for either walking or public transportation. The service is out of this world and the room had to be one of the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. Just awesome

A great stay in a lively area.
Excellent check in, nice treat to have a voucher for a free drink in the bar. Very good sized room, very comfortable bed and nice bathroom with shower over bath. In the end didn’t use the sauna, it’s been a long day. Included breakfast was very good with lots of choice. All in all a great stay.

Fantastic hotel
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Modern and clean and the staff are all so friendly and helpful, from those on reception, to the bar staff. If I ever come to Brussels again I will definitely come back to this hotel. Location is also great.
