"This time, we were given a room with a beautiful view. The hotel has added perfume diffusers throughout, creating a wonderfully pleasant scent. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable."

"Poor internet, no water in lobby. No fridge. Check in did not tell us about ice or housekeeping. Not enough towels. Beds comfortable! Pillows not comfortable, all wadded up. Fabulous location and quiet. Cereals in morning were not marked correctly (needed GF muesli but was granola. Fruit was old (apples)"

"Very enjoyable 3 night stay. Room much bigger than anticipated and very nice to have a coffee machine for which the capsules were replenished when needed. Excellent breakfast with fresh, good quality products. The hotel was quiet, despite being only a few minutes walk from the station and town centre."

Its position was central and it was easy to walk around Bruges which is exactly what we wanted. The staff were kind and helpful."
