Staff - wow even the cleaner helped me find my room and I was on the wrong floor! The dinner/breakfast room service staff just lovely. The car valet young man who declined my offer of a tip but said “thanks for thinking to offer” - just great great staff at the heart of this place. Glad to be back there after a long flight home.

I really liked the central location of this hotel especially as it offered free parking. It's easy to walk to spark arena or downtown Parnell from here. The room was clean and had a nice city view. The only negatives I found was the shower is elevated with a large step which might not suit some travellers with limited mobility and the bed is rather firm.
