"Very friendly staff. Clean facility. Bed was comfortable. There were updates to our room that were a little messy (bathroom counter surround and water damage repair near shower were ehhh) but everything worked as expected."

"I couldn't eat the breakfast items. Even the coffee wasn't good. The place itself was adequate, but some things were in disrepair.The staff was great."

"Got there at approximately 10:15pm. Was asked if I could do stairs? Why? The elevator wasn’t working. No ground floor rooms available. I’m given a room on the 4th floor and have to carry two suitcases. Did I mention I’m 72? Staff person says 1) I could look for another hotel and 2) If I had gotten there before 10:00pm there would have been someone to help carry my bags. The hot tub was not working which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. They do not have enough parking-I had to park at the adjacent gas station. Did I mention it was cold, dark and raining? Cannot imagine a set of circumstances under which I would stay here again."

"The room was fine. Nothing fancy but we weren’t looking for anything fancy. The floor had obvious water damage but that doesn’t matter and you could hear the bed springs. The worst part was the other guests that came in late with two cars. Obviously they had been drinking as they were talking loudly and banging their car doors and locking and unlocking the car doors making the horn honk again and again. Their headlights faced right in to our window that faced the parking lot so every time they locked and unlocked their doors the lights would flash and the horn would honk. "
