"Got there at approximately 10:15pm. Was asked if I could do stairs? Why? The elevator wasn’t working. No ground floor rooms available. I’m given a room on the 4th floor and have to carry two suitcases. Did I mention I’m 72? Staff person says 1) I could look for another hotel and 2) If I had gotten there before 10:00pm there would have been someone to help carry my bags. The hot tub was not working which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. They do not have enough parking-I had to park at the adjacent gas station. Did I mention it was cold, dark and raining? Cannot imagine a set of circumstances under which I would stay here again."

His concept is innovative and focused on customer comfort and satisfaction. We visit Bowling Green annually and will definitely plan on staying there again on our next visit."
