"The property at Broulee was well located, a quick walk to a very beautiful beach. The house contained all amenities required for a restful stay, and was comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. Cleanliness was an issue. The bathroom shower and floor need a good scrub. The oven tray was dirty, and covered with blackened food scraps, and the crockery required washing before use. The upholstery was marked, the coffee tables covered in glass rings, and some of the curtains and blinds need repair. I did not notice in our initial view of information on the property that we only had access to the top floor and would be sharing the address with others, although this was not an inconvenience at the time. Access was up a very steep flight of stairs, and this may have impacted our decision to stay had we realised when booking. Despite the issues listed above, we had a very relaxing few days, directly opposite a beautiful beach (although the water cannot be seen from the house due to the vegetation wind barrier). "

"I would stay again once the water leak is fixed . Granddaughter Had a shower / bath . Afterwards I went downs stairs to grab a glass for a drink . When I slipped over, and broke the glass . Then I noticed water was leaking into the kitchen from bathroom above . Location was fantastic "
