"Stayed for 2 nights as we were in the area for a Woodturning experience. Room we had was a converted garage and was perfect for our needs. Fully self contained with parking outside. We booked breakfast at £10 each and it was brought to the room at a time of our choosing, brilliant. Staff extremely friendly and there us a lovely, large garden to relax in at the back."

"We enjoyed a wonderful stay at The Gonville. The hotel was excellent in every respect- beautiful decor, great restaurants and convenient parking. However, the outstanding aspect of the hotel was the wonderful staff. Every person we dealt with from the receptionists, to the barmen, to the housekeeper delivered perfect customer service. "Air conditioning did not work. We required an extension lead as there was only one plug on side of bed and we needed two for sleep apnea machines. Check-in was lovely and service. Ample parking. "
