"Our room was well appointed; the hotel was located to everything we needed/wanted! the ladies in the breakfast room were superb; the gals in reception could have been a bit more welcoming/congenial."

"Booked for an early morning flight, location is perfect for the airport and would use again. Room very nice and comfortable. Booked half board and included diner was tasty. Breakfast buffet was decent but the bacon was really inedible which was really disappointing. Great staff who are very helpful, a lovely bunch. "

"Anniversary get away, couldn't have picked a better hotel, top notch. Great view of the Tyne and 2 of the 7 bridges, had dinner both nights and thoroughly enjoyed them. Hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Like Newcastle and didn't feel strange. "
