"This particular looking to end was a great value for the price. The front desk was very helpful, the breakfast and coffee great, the exercise amenities were surprisingly good, and I appreciated the free parking. Cleanliness was so-so with some hair in the tub but I can live with that."

"We arrived at the hotel about 10 o’clock at night and left at 5:30 AM the next morning. So we did not experience a lot of the amenities available at the hotel, but what we did see and experience was excellent, especially for the price. "

"The staff was very helpful, many rooms were not ready upon check-in, but the staff was kind and helpful. The room was very, very clean and beautiful was within walking distance of all the amenities in downtown Cleveland. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The pool was shut down for maintenance and there was no email or notification that the pool would not be available for our stay. Part of my family went to a concert while the other 1/2 was staying back at the hotel just to swim. My kids were very disappointed. Staff was very nice. We did not use the bar or the restaurant on site. The sleeper sofa had stains on the couch part. No extra blankets avaliable only sheets. The bathrooms were clean. "
