"Our room was so dirty. Food on the walls, dust every where and the carpet was really gross. The room needs a deep cleaning for sure. The pool was awful. There was so much chlorine that just being in the room burned your eyes. It was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom. I’m also confused about why there were multiple top sheets on the bed instead of a fitted sheet and a top sheet. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for more since it wasn’t replenished when our room was “cleaned”. The staff was great especially the guys running the valet. "
