"Check in was fast, the receptionist was polite and efficient. I'm assuming the restaurant is concessioned out, so am not taking points off of that. They would not give us a desert to go."

"Fabulous location at a reasonable price. I stayed multiple days and all of my needs were met. The cleaning crew worked with me to find a time that worked for both of us. The front desk messaged me and followed up to see how everything was, and there was always someone at the desk ready to help. I loved being able to step out the front door to such an active area with things to see in all directions."

"Negatives: The room is so small it was hard to use the desk. So small there was no table to eat on. Had a broken toilet seat that was the wrong size. Images on line made the space look more luxurious. Positives: The room was very clean. The building is reasonably secure. The workout gym is amazing. The business space is very functional, quiet and inviting. Communication with management was efficient (but impersonal). I would consider using the company again."

"I travel for business to NYC and I'd never stayed in the Bronx. My usual areas were either full or overpriced so I took a shot at a good looking listing. I was impressed with not only my accommodations, but the building amenities were also top notch. Excellent gym! I wish there was more in the immediate area, but because of the road interchanges, it was difficult to walk many places. Perhaps if I had met a local or had more time to explore I could have found some good local spots for food or...
