Empire Hotel Group in Bronx from NZ$299

the hotel was great but far from Manhattan by car you need min. half hour and the same for subway. the nearest subway station around 12 minutes walking. and i wished the hotel had a swimming pool . the breakfast is very good.

The hotel itself was good, there was a really strong cleaning product smell when we arrived, it went through the whole property so if you're sensitive to smells be warned. As all other reviews mentioned the breakfast is excellent, it includes a hot breakfast as well. The bed was amazing too. The only downside is the location which felt a bit rough, on the train platform there were some weird and crazy people yelling and swearing so just be mindful of that when travelling with young children. everything was great, apart from being in an area where there are junkies everywhere and strong smell of cannabies. The room service / housekeeping was missed one day which was the most annoying part. apart from these two hiccups, we loved the staff.

I would like to thank Morgan for his help during our stay. He has worked with the Nobleden hotel since its construction eleven years ago and his assistance was above and beyond all expectations. We liked the location of the hotel and our room was spacious however lacking in storage for our belongings. There was coffee & tea supplied in the lobby area and also croissants but it would have been more convenient to have had coffee making facilities in the room. There are lots of eateries close by...

Well positioned hotel. Easy walk to Empire State, Time Sq and all midtown tourist spots.

We had an amazing time in NYC. The hotel was amazing, has that vintage style but the rooms inside are renovated. Staff were amazing as well very helpful, always there to greet us with beautiful smiles. We would definitely stay there again.

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We travel often and have stayed in many 3- and 4-star hotels, and this one truly deserves to be upgraded to 4 stars. The staff were always friendly, professional, and caring. Our room was cleaned daily, and everyone—from housekeeping to reception—greeted us with a smile. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
