"The place was fine, but we dont like the Motel setting, which leads to being outside as soon as you leave your room. Also no couch, just a chair in room, and no wifi seen."

"This a a great property for fishing Toledo Bend. Check in was a breeze and we had all of the creature confits of home. Gully stocked kitchen with a full size fridge, stove, coffee pot, dishes and cookware. The boat slip was easy to use and had power available for charging the boat batteries each night. Access to the main lake and boat lanes was easy and quick as well. The host was super responsive, even after hours, beds were comfortable and everything was really clean. Definitely recommend this spot for a budget friendly fishing getaway. "

"My family of 4 plus 3 guests stayed a week at this lake house. It is every bit as nice as the pictures suggest. Kids loved the game room and dock/boathouse area. It's in very nice and quiet neighborhood. Smooth paved road access all the way and very close to Toledo Town. Less than a mile to a decent boat launch. Blackstone grill, Traeger smoker, fish frying equipment... it's got it all.We had trouble with the downstairs AC unit and the owners went above and beyond to get it fixed. Due to this, we got to hang out with them a bit. Very nice people.We have EV's and the owners were kind enough to let us use a 50amp RV plug that is on site to charge up. Super convenient as there is absolutely no places to charge within 30 miles. I think they plan to install a dedicated charger as well in the garage.Rent it, you won't regret it!"

"One bedroom king suite was perfect for our 30 year anniversary. There is plenty to do and explore in the area and the food was good, especially the chicken quesadilla. The check in was great and the staff was very nice and helpful. "

"The cabin is cute, has enough space for a larger family or 2 -3 couples. The kitchen is very well stocked. Cabin stayed cool even in August heat. Although the pool level was low at the lake, the fishing was still on fire! Every fish caught was a hog! Erin was very responsive with our questions or needs! "
