Great recent room remodels with full size refrigerator. Rooms are super clean. Hotel itself still looks like a storage facility and the outside area is somewhat of an eyesore. For the price you cannot beat this hotel.

I actually found this hotel amazing. The outside was not promising, trash in the parking lot and just didn’t look maintained. but the rooms and the amenities were amazing. The rooms are newly renovated and just incredible, for the price. Full fridges too, so that was a first.

Our room weas very spacious. We had a sitting area as well the bed area. They have DirectTV so we had a lot of choices of TVchannels. . Our room was very clean (maybe recently remodel). We also had a full size refrigerator with freezer.

We have stayed here several times when visiting family in the area. It has outside doors which I’m not a super fan of, but I’ve always felt safe here, and the staff is always friendly.

My weekend stay here was good. The hotel has undergone a recent remodel, and it is very nice. The hotel was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. There is still remodeling going on so be understanding of the noises you may here while they are improving the facility. Breakfast was served daily. Plenty of parking. A\C works great!!

The room was clean and recently updated. I didn’t like the lack of hanging space for clothing or the fact that there was no iron or ironing board. It could use better pillows, as well. You can see that the property is going through a transformation, and should be good once completed.

The hotel and staff were good. The room was clean but smelled musty and old. There is plenty of space in the room, but the furnishings and fixtures are showing their age. The accommodations were fine for me as a solo traveler on a short two-night stay, but my wife would not have wanted to stay there. Worth the cost for a short stay on a low budget.

The following is the message that I sent to Management when asked about my stay: Thank you for asking. This is our first time staying at your hotel. If it wasn't for the cancelation policy, we would have canceled based on the current conditions. I understand that you are currently remodeling your hotel. However the basic accommodations of a clear and fresh room with working hot warm versus room temperature water was not what we received. This isn't indicative of the type of accommodations that I have received from Wyndham in past stays. It would be my suggestion that you have skilled workers repairing things around the clock to get the work completed as soon as possible. In this current condition, we will never come back to visit. Also the Front Desk personnel is not friendly in greeting of Customers when entering the property. This is not a Wyndham standard of practice. Good luck

Great spot to stop in an emergency.

So needed to get a hotel as my vehicle went down in the middle of the night, not far outside of Jasper. Got on Hotels.com and saw this had good ratings and a fair price. Got a room booked and managed to uber over. Facility is aged but is fairly well kept up, room itself is dated but cozy. Very spacious, no strange smells, stains, spots or holes any place. Lots of sitting area, recliner, queen bed, sofa, and desk area with pull out chair. Bed itself is ok, not terrible but not extremely plush. There is a small offering for breakfast, which is a plus albeit I didn't expect it so it's a pleasant surprise. Staff was extremely friendly, very polite and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I didn't have any issues with sound leaking through the walls or with other guests coming and going, very low on the noise pollution side of things, even in the morning when people are generally leaving. WiFi was fairly good; I was able to handle some work meetings and stream teleconferences with it without much issue. Overall, I would stay here again if needed. It was around 30 dollars cheaper than other offerings in the area at the time and I needed a place to sleep off having to make an emergency stop. I would give it a solid 4 stars, great spot, could use a pinch of improvements but what's there doesn't hinder you from having a good budget friendly place to stop in the area.
