Welcome to this luxury multi-level, completely furnished, waterfront home. Built in 2007, this home is located near Mill Creek on the south side of Toledo Bend. It features a unique floor plan that can accommodate multiple families. With 2 complete kitchens, 2 large living areas, 2 interior fireplaces, 1 outdoor fireplace, 3 ½ baths, and 5 bedrooms, it will sleep 12 comfortably. The main level is also wheelchair accessible.
For those who like outdoor entertaining, you will love both tiled patios. The lower one offers seating and a gas grill. The upper patio includes outdoor dining, additional seating, and a fireplace.
Finally, this property features a 2 stall floating boat house with access to the water. This accommodation makes fishing, as well as other water activities, very enjoyable.
Private boat ramp is located in neighborhood and can be accessed with complementary pass.

Family Get-A-Way

The house is beautiful, very clean. Perfect part of the lake, easy access to fishing. Our little one loved to swim around the boathouse, and riding the jet ski and tubing! Perfect house for grandparents, parents and all ages. Hope to stay again. Owner was very helpful and informative. Super nice. You won’t regret booking this beautiful home away from home!

Fabulous

What an awesome place!! Took my children and several grandchildren for the Memorial Day weekend. We were 6 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of room. The boat dock was a great spot for all of us. The boys fished and had a great time catching little brim. The girls mostly swam and kayaked. The house was very well kept and had everything we needed in the kitchen. And what a gracious host!! She answered every message very quickly and was a joy to work with. Of course the weather was picture perfect the whole weekend which made outdoor activities even better. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a very nice place for a family gathering.

Need more towels and fireplace fumes were really really bad. Made our eyes water and some of us got a little sick. I think this is a dangerous situation and should be fixed soon bad ventilation of fireplace can cause house fire. You wouldn’t want to be liable for that. We did enjoy the house and property despite the complaints

Big Chill

A group of friends held our annual “high school reunion” here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was plenty big for 5 couples and the upstairs balcony was beautiful in the evenings. One of our couples brought their boat and the location made it easy to get out to the lake. The host was responsive to any questions we had and made it easy to check in and out. Would stay here again.

Our stay at this beautiful lake house was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. It was the perfect place for our family to relax, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories.The house itself was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook family meals, and the large dining table gave us a great space for laughter and conversation over dinner. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet.The kids had an absolute blast—whether it was swimming and jet skiing in the lake or just playing board games in the cozy living room. Both outdoor balconies became our favorite spots in the mornings, sipping coffee while watching the sunrise over the water. Ice maker was not operational!!! Some pans need through cleaner . One of the 2 garbage cans provided was already completely filled when we arrived— causing us to truck our garbage to anywhere we can find. Multiple light bulbs were burned out upon arrival.

Great Location on the Lake

We were looking for a place to stay that would accommodate our two grown sons, wives, and two grandchildren. For a large group, this fits the bill perfectly. We loved the layout, the large patios (top and bottom), the view of the lake, the boat slips, and all of the space to move around in. The kitchen fit our needs (we didn't use the one on the bottom floor) and the house had everything we needed. The boat launch is just around the corner. The slope of the driveway was our only challenge. We had a great four days/three nights.

Family vacation

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. The house was exactly as pictured in the pictures and very spacious for our group of 11. The property was lovely and provided an excellent view on the river. The grandkids enjoyed swimming and fishing off the pier and tubing behind the boat. The best part of the location was that it was situated on a quiet part of the river and there were not many boats, which was very peaceful. The host was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my concerns. Overall a very enjoyable time was had by all of us and my husband and I would like to return and rent the same house in the future,

Family Fun

The home was super comfortable for our entire family of 8 and everyone enjoyed fishing from the boats we brought with us and off the dock. The men are bass fishermen so they enjoyed a lot of time out on the boat. They caught many 2-3 pound large mouth bass and a few 6-8 pounders so they were very happy. The women spent some time in the boats but mostly on the dock and floating in the water. It was a great time for all.

Awesome trip on Toledo Bend

The house was very nice, spacious and comfortable!! The host and neighbors were helpful and friendly!! The boat house with power to recharge on the water was excellent and just what we were looking for. Everyone had a great time. Thank you!

Nice place to gather for a family

This place met our needs to gather 3 families for our annual Labor Day Weekend. There was plenty of room for 11 people. We especially enjoyed the covered deck and watching the birds.

Second time staying here

Just like last time the place was amazing ( see my review from 2022 for more details ). We liked this place so much the family basically demanded we do it again this year. We spent most of our time at the boathouse swimming and fishing. The family had a blast :)

Beautiful house, dock, and scenery, plenty of space both inside and out for everybody to relax. The multi level floor plan really helps with different sleeping schedules. So many amenities they are hard to list, neighbors were all very welcoming. Thanks!
