This lovely, well equipped cottage had everything one needed when staying in Broken Hill. It was about two kilometres from the railway station - an eady 30 minute walk, but close to bus stops that ran between 8.00am and 5.00pm. Supermarkets were a five mknute walk away.
The cottage had two bedrooms, kitchen, family room, large bathroom and laundry. It was spotlessly clean and relatively quiet. There was a carport if you have a car.
This was a gorgeous cottage inside and had everything you could need. My daughter loved the large TV and the free wifi. I loved the ease of cooking in the kitchen!
Property was very well presented, however the beds were a bit uncomfortable, the heater being on a timer for 3 hrs was annoying. The front steps were clearly not to code, very steep and quiet dangerous navigating at night. Over all the property was well presented.
Clean & practical cottage within similar properties in a reasonably quiet part of town. Within walking distance to Coles & other shops. Suitably equipped with all you need to setup for your stay. Even facilities for EV drivers. Happily return to stay again.
This was a wonderful place to stay. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The cottage was spacious and on a major road to everywhere we wanted to go. I would highly recommend it.
Absolutely beautifull, very clean, everything a family could want, plenty of space for the dog , and their own Wine even, yummmmmm
I will definitely stay again.
The cottage was lovely, with a full living room, dining room, enclosed backyard with a carport and barbeque, kitchen was well equipped. We had trouble with the internet and the response of management was immediate. We very much appreciated the welcome! Loved this place and would not hesitate to stay there again. The only downside to our stay was some loud discussions by neighbors during the night - certainly not something that the cottage managers can do much about.
I liked everything
Small points
front gate sticks to open
First day we ran out of hot water ( we were only there half a day ) other days we stuck to the timer and all was well
More washing powder
More instructions about what to do when we leave

This is a gem
From the log fire to the large fluffy towels this cottage was just beautiful. Fully equipped kitchen for families, books and toys for the children and a choice of air conditioners log fire or gas heater. It even has a BBQ and play area. With room for everyone to have their own space I could never t fault it
Always love staying at these apartments. Very nicely equipped and comfortable as the best you could want for.
Usually have some sort of covered or off street parking .
Nice and clean. Very quite location . Broken Hill is spread out so after a days sightseeing this is a ideal location to stay with all the home comforts.
When we got there, their was no hot water so I rang the person and he fix it straight away. We loved our stay there. So clean, very comfy beds and roomy.
Cottage has everything you need, incl a lock-up garage. Some minor road minor noise in the morning as both bedrooms face the street,
A very pleasant experience.
We had an enjoyable stay at the Williams Cottage. This is a very comfortable, homely cottage within town. Drive to main facilities. The kitchen is well set up so that you can look after a family and generally find whatever you need. Beds were comfortable with extra blankets when needed. It turns out that Williams St is also the Barrier Hwy, so the noise of trucks was a surprise but not too bad. The home owner was responsive to phone messages before and during the stay. The set up was easy - just arrive and settle in immediately. We would stay there again.
Blaze and I stayed on Christmas Eve and the day before New Year's Eve enroute from Brisbane to Kangaroo Island and return. What an amazing combination to stay in and then return to. The fenced yard - such a bonus on top of all the little treats and airconditioning in the kitchen, fabulous board and a place that you could use just part or all of. Well done.

Over priced
There is a pub right across the road from the cottage. The bedrooms are right out front and At night you hear a lot of people who can hardly walk stumbling down the street yelling and making a lot of noise. There is also a lot of noise from the traffic as it is on a fairly busy road. in my opinion the property was over priced. Should be more like $130 a night. There are a lot of little things that should be included in the price I.e if you use the second bedroom as it is a 2 Bedroom cottage .... They will charge you an extra cleaning fee and I doubt it is something reasonable like $4. If you have too many coffees they charge you too. We didn't dare touch the chocolates there as we thought they probably cost. Internet wasn't turned on either so we had to do detective work to get that up and running. The cottage itself is decent. Strangely set up but ok.

Very impressed with the efforts the owners went to to make this stay work. They sorted a booking issue (my fault) calmly and professionally.

We spent 2 days here while exploring Broken Hil. The kichen and barbeque were great and we used them instead of having to dine out. A really nice plac
