"The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances...

"Simple, clean, cute older property fixed up just enough. Bed was comfy, couch was a little old. Kitchen had just enough amenities for what you need to eat at home. Property setting was nice."

"Cynthia’s studio was the perfect overnight for our trip to Beaver Creek and Sedona. Aside from being clean, her place was furnished with everything we could’ve needed and then some; she also had lots of clear signage and notes which made using her bathroom/shower/kitchenette/and patio super easy. Awesome stay!"
