I had to complain to head office and just sent back to the local hotel who does not really care about customer experience. House keeping banging on the door at 10:00AM!!, when checkout was at 11:00!! "Place was clean, hot rub not too much as we could see dirt, bugs and other things in it, Before booking i checked with owner if the hot tub is for 6 people which i was told it was but even 4 of us had issue while sitting in hot tub. As it felt congested. Hot tub is good for 3 people and maybe 4 max."
