Lovely staff and great food great for the family

Building is very new, neat and of great standard. Bed comfortable, air-conditioning and tv in living and bedrooms. Staff very professional and helpful, particularly the chap who checked us in.

The total hotel is the most well designed and furnished I've visited. Beautiful colours and textures used inside common areas and the rooms. Oozing luxury and taste with unique ness. Could want for nothing more..during covid the staff adapted and our stay was exceptional. Would recommend for adult staycation..

My family and I stayed in this hotel for a total of five nights to celebrate our daughter's 11th Birthday. From the moment we arrived, it was simply spectacular! The staff were aware of the Birthday celebrations, our room was filled with balloons, a cake, surprises, toys and simply magical. We were blown away by the apartment, on the 38th Floor. Beautiful apartment and the staff are amazing.

This is a beautiful apartment complex with everything needed to make it a great holiday. It is located centrally to restaurants and cafes and cater for all types of dining levels. Our apartment overlooked Coolangatta Beach and was a great view to wake up to each morning. It was almost on the boarder of NSW/QLD which made it easy to get to northern NSW as well as only a short 25 minute drive to Surfers. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely room. Love that the sliding doors open up the balcony completely for indoor/outdoor living. Only drawback was that if our stay was in high summer, the pool is so small. Only a lap pool....

Loved our one week stay! Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with water views. Spacious and nicely decorated. Perfect with kids, pool spa a big tick. Only thing we didn’t love was the front desk receptionists. Rarely smiled and both ladies lacked warmth. Not what you would expect at front desk as you enter the building.

I recently rented two rooms at The Wave Resort a 2 bedroom apartment and a 1 bedroom apartment, which far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean and offered great views of the ocean. I found all amenities terrific with a adequate kitchen that was fully equiped with all the assessories that I would use at home, and a lovely, clean bathrooms that had a bath and a shower with great pressure (this is normally one of my pet hates to have to run around in the shower to get wet). ...

I'll go to the same hotel every time visit gold cost.
