"This property had plenty of space for just the two of us. The kitchen was well equipped and enabled us to cater for ourselves for the 3 nights we stayed. The heating worked well as the temperature outside was chilly but we were plenty warm enough inside. Comfy, warm bed. The shower was nice but the sealant round the base was mouldy and needs cleaning or replacing."

"We had amazing stay at Gus and Gertrude’s. It was a perfect base camp for our fall salmon fishing adventure. It was so nice to come back to a cozy cabin after cold long days on the river. Gus and Gertrude were amazing hosts, highly recommend"

"Great room, very spacious and in good condition. It looks like they may have had a fairly recent renovation. The bed was very comfortable and the area very quiet (except for the howling wind)! Only gave it a 4 star for cleanliness as I found some used tissues under the nightstand which precipitated me to look under the bed. I could see a few things underneath and a layer of dust. However the rest of the room appeared to be clean. Despite this, I would still recommend staying here."
