"We got a room with a balcony looking over the beautiful Elk River. Views everywhere in Fernie were of sheer cliff mountains, covered in snow. Breakfast was minimal, but acceptable. No liquid coffee creamer, was a bummer. Front desk staff was a little bit difficult to understand. They still had their covid-panic plastic panels up."

"We had our dog sonit was well set up. Vinyl plank flooring is so nice instead of carpet in rooms. A door knocker would be good so you can let the staff know an animal is inside. The pet fee was steep though. The property is great. The plugs in the room were a little loose. The check in staff were great. Restaurant great. "
