"Clean room great location. Very convenient for concerts or games at stadium or arena. Only downside was elevator as one was out of commission so waits were long. "

"The staff were very accommodating, professional, and expedient. The umbrella service was fantastic! The balcony views were amazing of the parliament buildings. We had such a great time and we would definitely stay here again. "

"Not the cleanest, found hair and little bits of stuff on the sheets (could just be because they're white but made me wonder if they were changed) not sure how often they clean the pool, but it's not every night, we got kicked out 5 minutes early and the guy was rude about it too, then the next day there was the same piece of string on the ground from the night before so they obviously didn't clean. Was clean enough though, i would stay again for the right price. Most of the staff were really friendly, some were not. Coffee machine was broken but their coffee is disgusting so I didn't bother complaining. Nice to have a kitchen as an option. We never used it, but was nice to have the option. Safe part of town. Kinda noisy , might need earplugs if you don't like hearing sounds of the building. Water is annoying and likes to go hot and cold when you're showering. We literally only slept there and it was good enough!"

Breakfast had a decent variety and was fresh with a nice atmosphere. Beautiful view. Overall, a solid stay and I would consider coming back again."
