"Original room smelled like faeces and I was already running late for a function so asked for a new room. The lady at the desk insisted that no one would be free for the next 2 hours to deliver our new room key and insisted we come down for the key.
Did we make the room smell like faeces? Was there any attempt to make our stay feel better after that experience.
I’m not sure who she was but she was very rude on the phone, didn’t say bye and hung up on me. Won’t be staying here again. I’m a doctor who goes above and beyond for patients at work, you’d think when I have time off, someone working is hospitality would be hospitable in return. Never again."
